P.E.I. veterinarian heading to Galapagos Islands to help with cat, dog overpopulation

A P.E.I. veterinarian is set to go on a trip to the Galapagos Islands, but it is no vacation. Dr. Michael Wheeler is heading to the area to help with street dogs and feral cats that are affecting wildlife.
