Who says dessert has to be unhealthy? A small restaurant in London, Ont., is offering vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free ice cream, served on cones made from root vegetables. And the owner swears it's just as much of a delicious indulgence as the high-sugar, milk-based stuff.
