Halifax Transit to retrofit the worst of its slippery seat fleet

Less than three years after Halifax Transit began rolling out a bus fleet with plastic seats in an effort to save money, it plans to add back and seat cushions to 621 seats on 69 buses because of complaints about the slippery seats.
