Canada Post won't deliver packages to his home and won't explain why, Toronto man says

A Toronto homeowner says Canada Post delivery drivers won't leave packages at his house because the crown corporation has deemed the area "unsafe." But Greg Hopkins says Canada Post still hasn't given him a satisfactory explanation.
