A diminished seal hunt is not stopping Reg Taylor of Taylor's Fish, Fruit and Vegetable Market from trying to keep alive a Good Friday tradition: selling seal flippers on the St. John's waterfront. The tradition of eating flippers stems from the Catholic practice of not eating meat on a religious holiday.
