In less than 4 years, couple's power went out 169 different times

Keith and Sylinda Ryan were so fed up with the instability of their electricity, they began keeping a log book. They started keeping track on Aug. 6, 2015, fed up with constant outages disrupting their everyday lives. They say the power has gone out 169 different times in less than 4 years.
