Warmest winter in northern N.W.T since 2006

While most of Canada has experienced a cold winter, communities such as Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk in the Northwest Territories have experienced their warmest since 2006. The average temperature this year has been -16 C compared to the average -26 C.
