Winnipeg man carrying bag of cocaine runs smack into police car, easy arrest follows

It probably doesn't get a lot easier for police to make a drug bust. A man in Winnipeg ran into a police car and when police got out of the car to check on him, another man walked up to him and the injured man gave him a bag - of cocaine.
