Toronto yanks brand new speed limit sign from school zone after complaints it slowed down traffic

The city is already removing a brand new speed limit sign it put in to keep students safe in one midtown neighbourhood, saying despite "a lot of positive feedback" it was having unintended consequences on the roadway.
