Canada Revenue Agency says Nova Scotia man is dead; man himself disagrees

The CRA says Nova Scotia's Reg Kane is dead. The very much alive Kane is worried the 'mind-boggling' mistake could mean he's cut off from Old Age Security and the Canada Pension Plan income he depends on.
