Canada, Britain to make announcement on Franklin expedition wrecks

Canada and Britain will make a joint announcement today on the remains of the Franklin Expedition that were discovered on the Arctic seabed in 2014 and 2016. The news conference will begin at 1 p.m. ET, and CBCNews.ca will carry it live.
