Man claims to have delivered gift-wrapped horse manure to US Treasure Secretary as protest of new tax law

A man claiming to be the person who delivered a gift-wrapped package filled with horse manure to the U-S Treasury Secretary says he did it to protest a new federal tax law. The stinker of a Christmas present was found at the Los Angeles home of Steven Mnuchin over the weekend. He was reportedly was not in Los Angeles at the time.
