Bird knocks out power to 5,000 customers in southwestern Alberta

Crews are scrambling to restore power to about 5,000 meters in southwestern Alberta, with an AltaLink official saying they're aware that farmers need electricity to get water to their cattle on one of the hottest days of the year.
