International dress mystery: English rail service, Montreal department store, Air Canada search for owner

A simple case of lost luggage in England sparked a transatlantic effort to track down the woman who lost it. Train officials at the Kingston-upon-Hull station in northeastern England were surprised in early March to find a lost bag full of formal dresses that appeared to be from Montreal.
