Bar patrons in Utah could soon be able to see alcoholic beverages being poured, after a proposal has been introduced to scrap a long-standing rule requiring bartenders to conceal the preparation of beverages. Those who oppose the change say the rule hides the appeal of bartending, and reduces underage drinking.
