Foot chase, fight, tree climb ends in slippery suspect's arrest

The Mounties finally got their man Tuesday afternoon. But it took a foot chase, a desperate stab at hitchhiking, a police cruiser escape, a break-in, a fight and tree-top negotiation to do so.
